My rental pickup experience at this location was less than acceptable. There was no one there who could give me they key until 9am when my guaranteed reservation was at 8am. The manager tried to gaslight me by saying first that the Uhaul portal was down for vendors and then that she could see my reservation wasn't until 11am. Thankfully I had the foresight to see this coming and was already on the phone with a customer service rep to dispel those falsehoods. I was over an hour late waiting on a key when I had already went through the steps online and dispatched the truck. The manager was completely unprofessional and told me she had to "throw some clothes on" and would come give me the key. She NEVER came. I will never pickup a uhaul truck from this location again. When I finally got the truck, it had layers of dirt in the box and being that i was over an hour late meeting my loaders, I did not even have time to sweep it out myself.
