My original drop off was r and r lawnmower. But uhaul, in its infinite wisdom, decided I should drive another 50 miles to a different state. No heads up, no text, no email. Just drop it off here. I was able to change it back to my current location (without PENALTY FOR WRONG DESTINATION). Yet another black mark for uhaul customer service. "Valued customer" is an absolute joke! You do have excellent customer care personnel. Everyone was polite, helpful and sorry for my troubles. But it's admin and management that make changes. MAKE THE DAMN CHANGES!!
