Le niveau d'essence Ã©tait infÃ©rieur Ã celui indiquÃ© sur la facture. Le cadenas Ã©tait dÃ©fectueux et nous avons dÃ» l'ouvrir avec outils et le rÃ©parer. Suggestion sur la disposition des Ã©quipements. Le chariot et les couverture devraient Ãªtre installÃ© sur le cÃ´tÃ© gauche derriÃ¨re la conduite pour l'essence. Ainsi on aurait un grand mur pour fixer des objets. Actuellement les deux murs sont rÃ©duits dans leur longueur.yvan G.

The rental/reservation process is too long! It takes almost a half hour to fill in all the forms, photos of my ID, etc. Then I get to the location and have to stand in line and pull out more ID...it is way too long. Perhaps you could make a VIP express system for creditworthy, contract-signing customers?Guy D.

J'ai payÃ© un 10$ pour avoir accÃ¨s 24/7 et , parce que les employÃ©s crois que je dors dans l'entrepÃ´t, le gÃ©rant a dÃ©cidÃ© que je devais quitter au plus tard 19hr!!! Je veux me faire rembourser mon 10$ alors!! sans compter qu'ils ont mis barrÃ© mes 2 entrepÃ´t Ã 5 ou 6 reprise!!GENEVIEVE C.
excellent & friendly service, the only critic would be that my location was ending after the opening hours and I was supposed to receive a link to close my order, but never received it. Found the link myself at home in the evening and had to get back to U-Haul location to close it.MICHEL M.

Bad service they charge extra whenever they feel like it they don't translate when he sent you an email and they treat you like you're a thief poor service they should improve customer service .. they claim Cove it is very important I agree how come when you get the key they don't come outside to inspect the truck but when you give them the key do you know how to come out and point out everything that you didn't see fraud sorry this is called fraudSPIRIDON P.
Location en ligne indique erreur quand je veut mentionner qu'il y a seulement 3/8 de gaz avec photo Ã l'appuie. L'employÃ© Ã l'intÃ©rieure me mentionne qu'il mettra une note manuel au dossier. Maigres que j'ai ramenÃ© le vÃ©hicule avec 3/8 de gaz aprÃ¨s avoir mit 15$ dedans photo et facture Ã l'appuie je me fait charger 35$ de frais de gaz et la je doit perdre mon temps pour me faire rembourser car quelqun Ã pas fait sa job ...Jonathan C.

On the reservation page, I clicked "yes" to have the insurance at $20 but when I got to pay the rental, the gentleman at the counter told me that fee was for each rental day. Please indicate the insurance fee is for each day. Other than that, the service was excellentMARC L.

Put clear indication for over night parking for clients. The truck was in a tight spot, when possible the truck could be ready to go on pick up time. I also had a issue whit the inspection application. I had to have it resent to me due to expired.MATHIEU L.
