I arrived and the key to the truck was not in the lock box. The location also did not have an appliance dolly. When I talked with the attendant on duty, she said she only had a utility dolly and I would have to call U-Haul to resolve that. When returning the truck, the attendant interrupted my remote return and said she needed to check it in. She took the keys and I asked if I needed to complete the app turn-in and she said I could go. After leaving, the app had an error and deleted the photos, but I couldn't retake them because the attendant had already taken control of the vehicle. She seemed bothered and unprofessional. I won't use them again.
BRUCE PCustomer service was poor. The lady that helped us made us feel rushed and like we were an inconvenience. She was flat out rude and short. We wiill not be returning back to this location.
