I found the identity verification process a bit painful. The location doesn't have great cell service so it was a slow process to start with, but the entire process took 30 minutes. I think at minimum the drop off time should be adjusted to factor when that process ENDS, not what you signed up for.

Using app for pickup and return was tedious and annoying. Taking pictures of the truck where it was parked was difficult and dangerous. Finding a place to put my license to take a picture was annoying. Overall not easy.
MICHAEL GI was contacted by U-Haul scheduling personnel offering a discount to switch to this location, which I accepted. However, when I got there, the reservation was not set up for self-pick up resulting in about 40 minutes of calls to customer service. It was a disappointing and painful experience.
