I found the identity verification process a bit painful. The location doesn't have great cell service so it was a slow process to start with, but the entire process took 30 minutes. I think at minimum the drop off time should be adjusted to factor when that process ENDS, not what you signed up for.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkUsing app for pickup and return was tedious and annoying. Taking pictures of the truck where it was parked was difficult and dangerous. Finding a place to put my license to take a picture was annoying. Overall not easy.
MICHAEL GI was contacted by U-Haul scheduling personnel offering a discount to switch to this location, which I accepted. However, when I got there, the reservation was not set up for self-pick up resulting in about 40 minutes of calls to customer service. It was a disappointing and painful experience.
