Took too long to check out. The guy working had trouble with the computer program. Didn't seem as though he was trained well.

Pick up of the truck was great, the staff was friendly and helpful, I had a problem at drop off however. The location listed as open located at 16604 Highway 169 in Baxter was no longer a U-Haul dealer and hadn't been for about a year according to employees for the business currently at that location. Fortunately, they were able to direct me to Ultimate Golf Carts (an authorized U-Haul dealer) located less than a mile away and they were able to take my return. You folks should try to change that listing....
