The key for the truck was not in the lock box. I therefore had. I choice but to take a smaller truck which meant more work for me. What you can do is ensure the keys are available. Also there were trucks closer to my location and the app said they weren’t available yet when I drove by them both going to pick up the truck and on the way home they were just sitting there.
