Arshdeepsingh KReceptionist,Mr. Patel,was so nice and very helpful but the online booking and customer service is really bad . If they don’t have surety about their trucks then they shouldn’t do reservations for customers. We wait for 2 hours for the truck.it was my worst experience at u-haul.so disappointed.
Ruhpreet Scustomer service is the worst checking in and out is a pain in the ass no one shows or tells you what you need to do having to use your phone. Did not get a print out of total cost and no explanation of charges and refund to my credit card. I do not think I will rent my next truck from uhaul and I will be needing a truck two more times.
