I requested a couple of dolly's and furniture pads for my move and none of them were provided with the rental - I was still charged on my invoice for them despite selecting in the app, during pickup, that they were not there.

Annette was amazing. We did not have good experience when booking with Uhaul, they literally messed up my moving date, truck pickup location and even the size of truck. MIRZA FI was charged fuel surcharge $14.99 and fuel service fee of $30 for the same amount of fuel I left in the truck as when I got it.
