I’m extremely disappointed in the additional mileage charges. I literally picked up the truck, took it in the direction of the destination to pick up furniture, move to that destination and returned the truck and still had to pay additional mileage. Your calculations are disappointing. I’ve rented quite often from U-Haul in the past couple of years and had great experiences. Pickup and return were processed very well and i’m very pleased with the service there.

The van appeared to be brand new. However it seemed to have a tendency to wander while on the instate, just enough so that one had to pay close attention.
