I nearly lost my car off of the trailer (that wasn’t what I reserved or even where I reserved it) I was told multiple lies and was fed false information on loading. Not only that, I was treated EXTREMELY rudely. The truck itself had old soda cans and candy wrappers in it. It smelled horrible. It was the worst experience ever.
