Nothing at all was extremely helpful with the moving process
TOM MPulled into gas station on Burnt Tavern Rd. in Brick NJ at 8;59 to return a 10 ft. truck that I rented on11/29/2025, for a one day rental. No one was in the office and I waited 10 minutes for someone to do their job, and process my return. Ifinally noticed an obese, slovenly individual where the trucks were parked. Icalled out to him and asked him to help me, he responded with," just wait, i'm busy, i'get to you in ten or so. Iwaited in the office for ten minutes and finally called him and demanded he treat me as a customer. He screamed forme to go fuck myself and got his tuuby body one inch from me and said{"Fuckyou, leave the keys on the counter, and you will get a receipt in your email". I turned and left, going home in the car that my wife drove thereand I have not looked at my receipt yet. If it erroneus, I will follow this with a postscript. Needless to say, I will NEVER use this facility for truck rentals again.

THOMAS FI was told I couldn't park on the property. Instead, I had to park in a commuter lot and walk back to the along an exit ramp without a sidewalk. When I retur ed the truck, I had to walk to the lot in the dark,again, along an exit ramp. My choice was the roadway or through weeds along the edge. Customers should be able to park where the trucks are. The truck was filthy and full of cave crickets. I had to sweep and spray the vehicle before it could be loaded.

LAUREN DYou can’t improve when U-Haul is the best! And this location in Bricktown Service Center in Brick ,NJ is the location to go to ! Tammy is a pro! She sets up the contract in easy fashion. The mechanics at Bricktown Service Center keep the rental trucks in perfect condition. Everything ran from pick up to return.
JAMES HPassenger windshield wiper needs replacing. The vehicle made a high-pitched wining noise when going uphill. Sounded like a problem with a belt.
