Virginia W.This experience was a nightmare from Hell, not because of the location or the worker but using the share app from the phone. I arrived for my pickup at 6:50 a.m. for 7:00 a.m. time reservation. The app didn't contain my reservation I had to call the 800 number spoke with several different representatives who could not resolve the issue. I spent two (2) hours and fifteen (15) minutes back and forth on the phone consistently. Until finally the manager arrived and unlocked the box so I could retrieve the keys and leave. However, this caused me lost time and two (2)) loaders that wa# scheduled to help. They had to return so they could go to their jobs causing me to not complete my job and a wasted HUNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS and FORTY FOUR CENTS ($120.44) paid cast at desk, plus gas refill. A NIGHTMARE FROM HELL. I will never utilize your app again. VERY ANGRY IN BRIDGETON NEW JERSEY
