Peter MGreat customer service from this location. I accidentally left something behind in the truck during an after-hours drop-off -- naturally, I locked it and returned the key in the drop box before I realized. However, I called the next morning, and the staff member I spoke to (if I remember correctly I believe he said his name was Craig) was very helpful, professional, and communicated well with me. I'm happy to say I was successfully reunited with my item, and would recommend this location to anyone in need of a UHaul in the Bristol area.
