I reserved a 15 foot truck and received a phone call the morning of the pickup saying the truck I reserved had to go into the shop. They only offered me a 10 foot truck and made it sound as though if I didn't take that one I wouldn't get one. I was not offered any kind of compensation except the $10.00 price difference 9f the rental or to upgrade the rental for the inconvenience. The truck I received was not clean. It had stuff in it from the previous person. There was dirt all over the truck bed. I rented 6 moving blankets and they didn't make sure there was six. I had to go back in to ask for another one. The truck smelled like cigarettes as well. When I returned the truck I told the owner about the problems and he told me they d I nt have time to check all the trucks when they are returned. The next time I need to rent a moving truck for something I will look elsewhere before I look to UHaul, and if I need to rent from UHaul again it will not be from The Land of Spice.

bruce cI bought a brush from the store to clean the dust inside the car, I cleaned the car, but the store charged me again for cleaning. The customer service was very poor, and charging extra money for a clean car is unacceptable.
Omer UMake sure equipment is better maintained. We had a tire blow out on the side wall from a big gash from previous customers. Didn't norice the tire during initial inspection but looking back at pics i took before leaving dealer shows the cut on the tire. Inside the back had wood chunks and pieces all over inside with other debris. Which i have pics of. I was build for cleaning of truck. Not fucking happy. First truck they tried to give us had the check engine light was on. So they gave us a dirty 15 with a screwed up tire instead of a dirty 20. They place of business was so busy they just rushed us out the door. Never have had good customer service at this location. I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THE CLEANING. YOUR TRUCKS ARE ALWAYS FILTHY INSIDE AND OUT
