The pick up was seamless. However, the cab of the truck had a terrible odor of manure/body odor. The location was aware, as the windows were left down on the truck to air it out, and multiple air fresheners were in the cab. It was very unpleasant and made for a long three hour drive. The cargo area had dried mud and rocks and had to be cleaned before loading our belongings. This piece of equipment should never have been given to a customer.
