Pick up was very easy, took all of five minutes. On the way back, just filled up the tank and dropped off the keys. Very convenient.

I would like to express my dismay at the extremely disappointing experience I had during this most recent U-Haul rental From Empire Rental group. The representative that assisted me was rude, dismissive and also did not fully disclose the full details of the rental agreement. We had pre-ordered moving supplies as an option given to us during the rental, such as dollies and furniture pads that were not provided. Prior to arriving at the location, no notification that these items were unavailable was made to us so that other arrangements could have been made. The only response the representative gave me was to go rent at another location. Had I had no time constraints I definitely would have given the poor customer service rendered. U-Haul should do better vetting for their vendors as it's your name and brand that are in jeopardy of being tarnished. I will definitely tell all my friends and family not to patronize this establishment for their rental needs via social media and will be filing a BBB complaint. Signed, A very dissatisfied customer.

I had several problems with this location. First, I was given half-assed directions when I rented the van. I was told just drop the key into the return slot when I was finished. Instead there is a whole survey return process you must go through which, thankfully, I figured out before I dropped the key in. Secondly, I was charged over double of what I was supposed to be charged for. I have a picture of the mileage at the start and at the completion of my rental so to avoid this issue. Unfortunately, that was not the case. It had listed that I had driven over 100 miles which was not the case. I sent in an email stating I didn't agree with the charge and 2 days later I was charged what I believed to be the appropriate charge. Today, I received another charge on my account for another whole rental. I am still waiting for this problem to be fixed. I am very disappointed in the service I received.

I emailed the address that U Haul provided on my invoice regarding a cleaning charge and they never got back to me. Its been 3 days already. U haul should respond to their customers. I will be renting from a different company in the future.

there were no handtrucks available.maybe each van and truck should have a handtruck or dolly to make it easier to move whatever is being loaded in and out of them.

The agent treated me as if i was bothering her when I spoke to her. She did not explain anything to me and the van was very dirty. upon returning the van no one inspected the vechile or give me a receipt for it. I realized I did not have a receipt and returned back into the office to request a receipt she laughed at me and told me I would receive it via email. I would never rent or recommend this place to anyone.

The staff was not very understanding that moving is stressful and at time painful. I had questions, was confused and needed clarification. When I called for said clarification, I was met with aggression, rude staff who thought I knew your processes. I was even hung up on. I will never go to this location again as there are plenty other location to choose from.

Our designated driver locked the keys accidentally in the U-haul truck. We called the location where we picked up the truck at 2453 Westcher Avenue, they had Informed us they do not have a spare key. They gave me your headquarters, in Phoenix, Arizona, that they have no spare key. People loose keys or locked themselves out, often. Why doesn't U-haul carry an extra spare key, for there trucks?

I had trouble booking the uhaul because they had never dealt with a corporate account. They said I was doing things wrong so I called uhaul and they assisted me and talked to the people I was working with and got things fixed. The uhaul also had a parking ticket on it when I got in so I had to go back in and turn that in and it had been left a mess.
