I was confirmed for a 3:30pm pickup but my sister, who happened to drive by the location arrived at 1:05pm and was told the staff was gone for the day! I, then, had to call the 800 number to get connected with an agent who confirmed the location was closed but she worked diligently to get the truck & tow hitch available for my nephew to pickup at 3:30. Then, when he did arrive and located the truck and hitch, the u-connector on the left side of the tow hitch was broken! He had to go to a hardware store to buy one so that my mother’s car would be secure. I am glad that I will never need use of a U-Haul in this area ever again.

I don’t think you can improve my experience. The lady was nice, the truck was good, the sales representative Troy Douglas was extremely helpful with the issue I did have. So I have no complaints.
Sandra PLet the customer know up front about the policy and how it works. I was not asked where my drop off location is and had to drive over 3 hrs to return my rental. Poor customer service.
