I had to go to two U Haul locations before I found Knights. The first one made me download the UHaul app and then didn't know how to work it. He was able to reserve a trailer for me but couldn't work the app so I could find where to pick it up. That was Backyard Storage. Then I went to Brookhaven Mini Storage and the lady there didn't know how to work the app but she called someone at home and they were able to tell me where to go. Plus I was told by Backyard storage that they were not allowed to hook trailer up for me. I can not see how that is possible. What if I hooked the trailer up wrong.
