Didn't have the truck I reserved (which I reserved to have a ramp) and notified me 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Didn't have the equipment I reserved either. Truck they were able to give me had a broken door so I had to go in and out of the passenger side door. Horrible experience. Man at the station was nice, but this is so unreliable for a moving service.

The truck was dirty full of rock, gravel and dirt! I clean it the best I can but had to cover my furniture with blankets so they would not get dirty. I was questioned by the representative on why it was dirty. And explained that I picked it up like that.

HUGH MHighly recommend this location. I rented a cargo van to move a couch (76 in.) in Brooklyn, NY . The vehicle was ready. The staff member was professional, polite, knowledgeable.
