Sipp AGreat staff! Joe was super helpful especially as Uhaul double booked my van and caused a slight delay. Joe was focused on solving the problem, friendly, and super helpful in every step of the process.
MAYA FAbsolutely horrible experience. Called morning of to tell me they didn't have the truck I'd reserved weeks ago. It was our move in day and we HAD to get stuff from the storage unit or else not be able to sleep in a bed that night. They offered no solution. We pushed them to let us at least take a smaller van and we were only able to use it for 4 hours despite needing 24 hours. Car both smelled and looked like someone had died in it. Overcharged well beyond what I reserved at.
