U-Haul website is hot garbage. Took over 30 minutes to even get to the point where we could take a picture of my drivers license and then it quit doing anything. This is a constant with U-Haul website. Every time I have ever rented something from U-Haul this shit has happened. You are a national company. Get better.

Ricky WI had to get a jump. The battery died while I was renting it. My AAA mechanic jumped it and said there is dirty oil all over the battery itself and had a low charge. BUT. the guys that worked at this location were awesome, personable, and I would rent from them again. The stated that UHAUL actually does the maintenance not them.
