Lynn BThe pickup location was fine but the app for pickup was terrible! I was delayed by at least 30 minutes because I wasn't assigned a vehicle to pick up and then I had to wait on hold to resolve the issue. The app barely worked once a vehicle was connected to my reservation. I wouldn't pick up here again because of the app issues and would have preferred going somewhere where an actual person could help. Additionally the location barcode was half removed so when GPS in the app didn't work, there was no backup to prove I was in the right location.

Ryan DIt’s a freaking box you drop the key into! Zero customer service. I had to call into your help line for instructions on dropping off. This whole rental was💩 and if i ever move again I might have to rent from someone who cares about their customers!
