Dropped trailer off 3 days ago and was told that they could do nothing for me and that I needed to call uhaul customer service. At that time the operator at drop off location indicated they did nothing with uhaul only rented the parking lot to them. When I dropped off the truck 3 days later, same story and stated that I needed to do online checkin. I had little to no cell service and it took a long time to check it in via my personal hotspot. Very poor/limited service and a terrible experience.

Getting the truck was a nightmare. The app wouldn’t work to get me the code. I had to call and speak to someone to get it resolved. It took me 40 minutes to get that resolved. We reserved a truck with a lift and dolly. It didn’t have either even though we were charged for it. The truck was parked in a dirt area with a bunch of snow. It took a while to get it out. I was concerned that it was going to slide into other trucks. The snow needs to be cleared or the trucks need to be on solid ground/concrete. Not just mud. I don’t understand why I would be expected to fill the truck 3/4 full instead of full. How would anyone guage that??? I filled it up which I’m sure wasted about $20 or more just so I didn’t get an extra charge. The experience was terrible. I will never use U-Haul again.
