Why are you asking about the personnel at 's Liquor store? I asked them about dropping off the Uhaul and they said they don't have anything to do with Uhaul - it's just a parking lot to drop the vehicle and put the key in a box that's attached to their building. Once again, if the person who wrote this review questionnaire understood the process they wouldn't ask about if the personnel were helpful.

Drop off was easy. The location was closed when we dropped off, but we didn't have any issues.
