The truck needed cleaning, old leaves were in it. There was no utility dolly. This location is just a BP gas station.

Location did not have the trailer I reserved 2 weeks prior, attendant very hard to understand and did nothing to try to assist. He just told me to "call u-haul." I did, spent almost 20 minutes on hold, and was given another trailer (at same price - the only good thing about this transaction). Since I was on a very tight timeline, I did a cursory inspection and left. Trailer was in less-than-stellar condition, missing a light and had one tire (of the 4) with its tread worn down to the reinforcing metal mesh. When I returned the trailer, the APP didn't work and I had to go back into the location to return it. This was a comedy of errors and I will more than likely not ever use this facility again.
