U-Haul was outstanding upon my arrival in Ft. Myers. Flawless.. 5 star One thing I would say regarding the Brunswick Georgia office on Glynn Ave. is that you should always assume someone renting a moving vehicle will need a hand truck or dolly. When I got there i was told they had no hand trucks or dolly's and sent me across town to get one from another office. I waited in line for about 45 minutes and ended up at Home Depot where I bought one. Outside of that, outstanding service was offered at both offices!
Scott CI was surprised at the lack of attention to basic maintenance. Tire pressure light was on. I checked pressure- not one tire had proper psi. One was at 30 psi- recommended pressure is 80 psi. No air compressor at the pick up location. Trash in cab. Windshield totally needed cleaning.
