Location and people were fine, but I'm bugged by the system changing my dropoff location and not notifying me. This was my original location, but when I dropped the trailer and tried to check in I was told that my dropoff location was in Paoli. Fortunately your scheduling rep was able to update the reservation and I didn't have to drive the extra 40 miles round trip to the new location. There may have been a valid reason to change the dropoff location, but there is no valid reason for not explicitly notifying me of the change.
