I got charged twice because i was 4hrs past my return time.. but my guys bailed on me at the last second. Wish i could have gotten some financial slack for the unforseen circumstances.

Kirsten bThe location was fine but we chose a location closer to our destination and had the U-Haul booked to return there for several weeks and day of they called us to tell us the location was overstocked so we had to go to a farther location which added additional miles and cost to our trip. There was no organization on uhauls end and it ended up costing us time and money that we could’ve spent otherwise.
Lilly BIt was great to use a combination of technology to make the reservation but the in person service was so outstanding! Good to know there is still good customer service in this company
