Excellent Customer Service
JOHAN SI HAD A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH U-HAUL TODAY. I HAD SUBMITTED MY REQUEST FOR A VEHICLE ON A SUNDAY FOR A MONDAY MORNING PICKUP. AFTER A FEW MINOR OFFICE DETAILS I WAS GIVEN THE KEYS FOR MY RENTAL AND I WAS ON MY WAY. THE VEHICLE WAS CLEAN AND READY TO GO. IT RAN WELL AND I HAD NO. PROBLEMS. THE FACILITY IS NICE AND THE ATTENDANT EASY TO WORK WITH.
