The back was not swept, the passenger door frame rubber was hanging, and the steering alignment was off.

RICHARD NI used self drop off at this location. The location was easy to access and it looked to be very clean and organized. The instructions for self drop were easy to understand and perform. Great tool. I got a response from both U-Haul and the drop location within hours verifying that i had completed my contract and that all was in order. Very good experience.
DOUGLAS PThe U-Haul was dirty that was dried up spilled soda everywhere. I also ordered a dolly and it was not in the truck.
Gabriel MDebbie was an absolute lovely person. She made the process easy. Definitely would recommend the Buckeye location to anyone moving to or from the town.
