Initially we reserved it at west van Buren and I would give a zero and f, no one helped us, sat for an hour on hold, chat abandoned, calls were on hold for 4t minutes, absolutely awful. Made me over an over to a client, total stress , I will never ever ever use uhaul on van Buren worst experience of my life, the girl at tbe other site was professional
Joe HExtremely helpful, and professional. The entire Uhaul system was down, but the representative continued to get our rental complete. I know how frustrating it was, but they kept their cool completed the transaction in a professional and pleasant manner. When we need to rent a truck this has been our go to place.

Raul AShe was really smart she was really thorough my only calf here that I did not appreciate was when you were doing the pre-inspection when you're about to take over I was trying to submit the pictures and it would say picture submission error so I was never able to actually go through the inspection process
