Rates and charges are really high. A $19.95 rental turns into $126 for driving 55 miles and a 4 hour rental eems out of line.

Jose AI declined the insurance when placing the hold on the truck online and in the store but the last bill force the payment and that is fraud because I said not to the option!!!
