brandy pI think the customer service could be better. Even though I was early, the clerk made me wait until the 9AM.I did not have used of the item until 9:20 AM. a 20 minute loss. I only had the item for 6hrs. Not really enough time. It should be moved to a full 8hrs. I have rented from Uhaul several times. This should be noted for further rental expediting the process and loyalty rewards. Always a good product but process could be much improved. I have ren
