I had to wait an hour and a half to get my uhaul. The uhaul system on the guys phone who was renting me the truck kept kicking him out. My MAIN problem was the woman who assisted ( really she did not) me on the phone. I did not get her name but she was very unprofessional and no help at all. When asking her how I could get some assistance on the app she was no help amd just kept going quiet. She told me she is not with me at the store so dont know how she can help. Then was rushing me off the phone by asking did I need anything else from her like I was bothering HER. I do not work for uhaul she does he guy thay treated me
