Lalotoa SIt wasn’t the place that was the problem. It was your UHAUL APP. the worst app I have ever encountered. The photo part was dreadful.
FRANKIE VThe only thing I can come up with, is faster gates. My experience with"Matt" and U-Haul was flawless! The online booking and subsequent pick-up was way beyond. I showed up 26 minutes early, and sat for about 60 seconds, then the gate opened. I was processed, hooked up and on my way in a matter of minutes! I will be using this location for all my rental needs.
Keith DFront desk was very helpful in my move from public storage to uhaul storage. Since I rented storage at the uhaul facility the van I rented was complimentary just had to pay for miles and gas. Thank you
