The pick up mobile system was poor. There was confusion by the employee of the facility who almost didn't let me take the truck because I didn't show her the key number from the screen however no where did it state on the mobile service this was necessary. The site connection was poor. Took close to 15 minutes for it to process all the information and approve me. On top of that, multiple items I ordered were not included and the location didn't have them. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience and made my move more difficult.COLLEEN N.

I will not use the app again, to many issues with it loading, information and so on. If there is an issue I rather just talk to a customer service rep at the store then have to call customer service. The incorrect truck number and mileage caused at least an hour delay on my contract. There was not an early check in before 9am and couldn't begin process 10 minutes early. Recommend allowing CSR at the store to fix issues with app instead of having to call 1800UHAUL for faster service.Jackie N.

I dropped my rental off at 4pm on Tuesday, and the uhaul representative ask for the keys and told me I would receive an email receipt. I had still not received the email Wednesday morning and my rental was still listed as active on the website. I called uhaul to close the rental and was told to wait until after 9am. My rental was due but at 8am and I explained this to the representative on the phone and was told I would be charged the extra day. I called again at 9am and was told I would receive my receipt by 6pm Wednesday. When I finally received my receipt they charged me for an extra day because this location logged the truck being return at 2pm Wednesday nearly 24 hrs after I had returned the rental. I had to call again and dispute the charge.Matthew L.

The manager was rude and too busy to investigate why the charge approval was not going through properly. He asked if it was my card and I said that my card was fine. He then said, "Well our system seems to be down then, so you are going to have to call them to straighten it out." I was pressed for time and asked what the problem was. I had done everything I was asked to do ahead of time to expedite my pick up, as I had a real tight window to drive the truck down to pick up my daughter and all of her stuff. He said ..."well it must be our system but I don't have time to call, so you have to." I said, "Well since I have done everything I was supposed to do, shouldn't you call them?" And he said, "Look I have things to do I can't waste my time for 30-45 minutes sitting on the phone." So I got on the phone and waited on hold....while eventually, after another 30 minutes he reached someone and it got straightened out. No apology for the delay ever offered. I was polite throughout and left disappointed in UHaul.Eric S.
Your entire mobile check in / return needs a complete overhaul. It was frustrating to use and we lost 25 minutes of rental time that we paid for waiting for our information to be approved. Not easy to use at allLeah R.

Your online pickup process needs improvement. Not user friendly as the app claims. We got emails to pick up in Burlington(our requested location), then Wilmington bc the truck wasn't available in Burl. but we were physically at the Burlington location and the truck was there and available. The owner of the Citgo Burlington was extremely helpful and facilitated the process for us. It all ended up great in the end but that confusion gave us A LOT of unnecessary stress.Steven M.
Nice and accommodating person but there was hardly and space in this gas station that doubled as a u haul delivery place. Had to park my uhaul in a VERY tight spot. Wouldn't be my preferred location in futureMajid S.
The service here was excellent, the employees really nice and helpful. The only thing was that the Uhaul that I was given had only half a tank of gas and the owner didnt catch that until another employee had inputted into the computer that it was 3/4 tank. The owner of the gas station said to call him if I got charged for gas not being returned at 3/4. Unfortunately, I was charged $33+ for the gas. I called the place explaining what happened, still waiting for a response.Jonathan L.
The only issue was UHaul put my account on hold and never notified me. It was an easy fix and something that should have been taken care of on your end. Wasn't a problem but delayed the PU a bit. Burlington Citgo was a very pleasant experience, very professional and caring. Would highly recommend PU at Burlington Citgo.Kathleen B.
