The customer service on the phone from uhaul was very rude when I was asking her questions. This is the second time I am renting from uhaul but the customer service or she said she is the manager on the phone was very rude. You should listen the phone conversation and change this person as she does not have respect for customers.

I am a little annoyed at the estimate versus what the bill came in at on my credit card. I will be calling the store tomorrow to.find out why such a difference. There are charges not explained on here.

I scheduled a van for a location near my initial location, I was called 1hr before pick-up and was informed they did not have the van available. I asked them to move me to a different location since I needed a larger vehicle. The only location was 10km out of the way which means 20km total. I expected they would comp the difference but did not even ask. They essentially just called called me and charged me an extra $20.

I reserved 2 furniture dollies and a dozen blankets - this was confirmed as being there for me when I would pick up the truck, Unfortunately, only 1 dolly was available - I'd have to go to another location if I still wanted the 2nd one - very disappointing! The person looking after me, was very helpful in getting credit for the one that I didn't receive. I had rented another truck in May 2017 in London Ontario - this time, I reserved 1 dozen blankets which was not there when I picked up the truck - however, I could have bought 1 dozen blankets if I had wanted - which I didn't! The point I'm making is moving is stressful enough - the last thing anyone needs is not to have what was confirmed as being there when needed~

I rated this location as average because the Mainway location did not mess up our rental however if it was to rate the Plains Road location, I would have rated 'Poor'. The young guy, Daniel, at the Plains Road location was rude and dismissive. I manage Customer Representatives and I would never personally hire this individual. We visited on a Wednesday morning and he looked like he could care less about his job or the people he was to be helping. He never made eye contact, sat through the entire transaction, when I asked for a confirmation, he said it would just be emailed--completely took down my email incorrectly therefore never received the confirmation, did not even thank us for our business...he needs a lesson in professionalism. I wish that he would never have confirmed that a certain truck is available that day (when booked over 2 weeks in advance) and then the confirmation states to pick up a truck in the complete opposite direction of my residence...pick up in Hamilton, load in Burlington, move to Milton? Very unorganized company and yet their "policy" states it is allowed...a policy I never received because of the incorrect email address (I wish I could state because it was far from accurate). Ironically, Michael the manager will not call me proactively. I need to call him to complain even though the notes on my account are there and last time I checked, companies who care about their customers use email to have managers contact customers who were affected by the company's error. Instead of doing one trip, we had to do two. Double the time and compensated with $20? Where is the compensation for time wasted? Will I refer to a friend? Never and I will vocalize my dissatisfaction to anyone thinking about moving with Uhaul, which is quite a few in my industry.
