There is a front and a rear to this location with pickup boxes on both sides. This made for a very confusing pickup. You must also pass through a Tim Hortons drive-through line to access the rear area. This was a real pain at 8 am. Also, U-Haul confirmed a pickup in Milton and was given a pickup in Burlington the day prior. This added an hour to our pickup travel time. The App was also a huge failure as we were not advised to add our license information prior to pickup. When we arrived, the app guided us through the process, and although we began well within our pickup time (we were 30 minutes late due to the location change), it would not let us complete the pickup because the 1-hour window had expired.

I am very disappointed that I was charged extra for fuel. I put $40 in myself and this topped it up past where I got it.
N. KInitial location changed on me last minute by Uhaul. This added km onto my rental due to this. When I picked up the truck, it didn't have the dolly or blankets I ordered.
