When a customer submits a reservation request for a particular piece of equipment to be picked up at a specified time and place, and U-Haul provides a confirmation number for that request, DO NOT change the time and place of pickup to a dealer 40 miles away the day before!!!Deborah I.
The game the rental person played with the gas tank levels was pretty underhanded and sneaky. I drove the truck exactly FIVE MILES on a local pickup/delivery. The rental person said the gas level showed "five-eighths of a tank, so there's plenty of gas - don't worry about it." I didn't, even though the gauge showed slightly below that line when I drove it away. He was too busy to print the receipt when I turned in the truck, and said he'd email it to me. I was fine with that. When I got my receipt, I'd been charged for a GALLON AND A HALF of gas! In FIVE MILES?? That's underhanded and abusive!David S.

The gentleman helping me was fantastic! He was super helpful with my questions, and thorough with explaining all the details of the rental. When I set up the rental, I got the times mixed up. The customer service guy went above and beyond to help me find another truck. It all worked out. I'd recommend this location based on the quality customer service alone.
