Needs new drivers side window crank and tire warning light was on, truck was clean inside. It was a great experience. Very friendly staff at this location. Thanks.
RICHARD MThe customer agent was very helpful and made it a good experience. The van had dirt on the floor and there was major damage to the dashboard below the stereo. For driving, when we slowed down coming to an intersection, the gears automatically shifted down but made a loud thumping sound. Overall, this is a convenient location for us and we will book at this location again.
LEOPOLD DWe were not given the combinatoon code for the lock. When we finally got it open after calling to get the code, we found that the dolly we ordered was not inside. This meant having to drive back to get the dolly, which was a waste of time on a busy day.
Rachelle DMaybe it can not be improved. I had to walk from the parking lot in the back to the front door around the block At the end of using the truck remember to take a dashbord picture, including Kms and gas tank. I forgot about that and I had to walk 3 times around the block.
