Charged me over 100 extra mile for a truck I only had for 2 hours,
DANTAVIS BThe uhaul broke and made our day extra long. Needed to call roadside and looking for a refund, I called and turned in the info from roadside but uhaul has called me back.
Jennifer RI was there after hours, so I didn’t end up interacting with anyone. I did pass about a dozen other U-Haul locations that was closer to where I was unloading my stuff and it wouldn’t let me drop any of those places so I had to go way way out of my way to hit this specific location, which was frustrating
