MARK RI was overcharged ridiculously for my rental. The app did not allow me to take photos of the truck before renting since the agent called me to lease the truck. I took a photo of my starting mileage anyway but wasn’t able to submit it. I’m being charged for driving 160 miles instead of the 74 I actually drove. I reported having an issue with the price and no one reached out to me. Probably won’t rent from here again. $333 is far more than the ~$100 i was expecting to pay.
