the pick up/drop off location was fine, but my over all uhaul experience was awful. i will never use uhaul again unless im absolutely desperate. it had nothing to do with the locations i just believe uhaul's system is flawed.

I was supposed to pick up the truck at nine in the morning, but the office did not open until quarter after nine o'clock and then 25 minutes I picked up the truck,,,, then it turned out that the fuel gauge did not match the stetment reading, which I paid $25 more for the gas & the lady realized her mistake & sent me an apology email.
