We needed furniture pads and did not get any as he did not have any. The U-Haul was also given to us on 1/4 of a tank so we needed to put gas in it too.

Linda MI don't think the employee had ever done this before. He was on the phone for a long time receiving instructions. I had to wait for 25 minutes before I could get my key. He was not able to answer any of my questions. He charged me more than I was supposed to be charged.
Michael GThe problem was that the truck had a broken left side mirror, and the one on the other side was loose, so it would move out of position and I would lose my visibility.
Vagner DWell the U-Haul I recieved had less than 1/4 tank of fuel in it, they said just make sure it has the same amount in it when you return it but how can you judge that , so I put in $75 worth of fuel and when I returned it … there was about just under half a tank so about $35 dollars more fuel than when I got it …. That’s not acceptable.
