Have all transactions available for debit. It caused a horrific mess waiting for an etransfer to go through as the business was flagged as fraud. Fix the system!!! It took me nearly 2hrs of time and made me, and the rental agent, angry and upset. It was embarrassing and humiliating for both of us.

ARSHPREET SThey added the collision protection without asking, even though I deferred it when submitting the quote. Wouldn’t remove it when I returned the equipment either. Lesson learned on my end.
Erik KI filled the gas to above what I was given in the truck - just over a quarter tank, which is low - just before returning the truck and even showed the receipt to the sales guy. He said he “would deal with the receipt later” and we never did an inspection. Then I got my receipt in the email and I was charged 30 dollars for not putting the gas in the truck. So I spent over 50 dollars for gas when I only drove less than 100 km. I was ripped off by these people and will never deal with them again.
