The staff were super nice and really made it easy. The app was being a problem, so I had to go through the staff - but they were great at both pick up and drop off.

One tire was low and necessitated a return to the shop to get filled. They handled it well and made an adjustment to the mileage charge to compensate. Staff overall were friendly and helpful.
