Jonathan FI was not informed about the after hours pickup process when I picked up the vehicle from th gentleman. This made the return process difficult because I took the pictures immediately after I dropped off the vehicle not realizing that the app forces you to use your camera. It would have been nice to know that the app doesn't allow you to upload pictures.

Don PWhen I placed the reservation I selected the Nolan Hill drop off address, as it’s only 4 minutes away from my new house. I did not appreciate the last minute change at 11AM on the day off. I did not read my text message in detail to realize that my drop off location got changed, I feel that’s not the most effective way to communicate such last minute change to your customers. It was also a struggle to find the designated return spot.
