The U-Haul app would not provide the address of the drop off location when I clicked on 9 Ave Retail. It would not show the address or provide directions to the drop off location. After driving for two days, unloading up three flights of stairs, and then getting lost in an unfamiliar city trying to return the truck, I would recommend finding a different solution for moving.

Unfortunately, there is no mobile pick up available in this location, based on what the representative told me.
jafeth mCharged me for fuel when I filled it to higher than where I got it.
jesse kClean the vehicle before use( it was filthy and hasn't been cleaned. Make sure road worthy (there was snow covered all over the vehicle in hard to reach places). The office attendant was more interested on being on his phone.
