Vitoon PI wasn't originally clear on the blankets, whether they were rented or purchased. So I had to come back the following business day to return the blankets realizing U-Haul had charged me "missing charges". I guess my bad, but I wish that was better explained. Otherwise, the 15 ft truck worked like a dream for my office move in the downtown core. The location was reasonably convenient and staff were helpful. Thank you, JB
