I was disappointed with the treatment I received from the customer service representative at the calling center. Unfortunately, the representative made a comment about my Spanish accent, which made me feel uncomfortable and unfairly judged. As a Mexican individual, I am deeply aware of the racism and biases that many people from my community face, particularly in the United States. I want to emphasize that my experience with the local U-Haul staff in Calgary was excellent, and I appreciate their professionalism and kindness. Unfortunately, the calling center representative's comment left a sour taste in my mouth and made me feel unwelcome. I hope that U-Haul will take steps to address this issue and provide cultural sensitivity training to their customer service representatives. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their accent or cultural background.

The service was great but the office location feels cramped & makeshift. It seems like it is temporal office.

Ala'a HThe whole process was smooth from start to finish. Even though I forgot to take pictures before returning the truck, there were no surprise charges or issues—everything was handled professionally. Staff was helpful and everything went exactly as expected. Highly recommended!
