Hello, I wanted to bring an interaction to your attention that occurred at your location today. As I was leaving the store, one of the male employees followed me approximately two blocks away from the location. He told me that I had dropped an AirPod and attempted to get me to come with him. However, he did not actually have an AirPod with him, and I had not dropped one. The interaction made me feel very uncomfortable and disturbed. Being followed away from the store by an employee under those circumstances felt inappropriate and concerning. I felt it was important to report this incident so that it can be reviewed internally. I would appreciate confirmation that this concern has been received and investigated. Thank you,

Maxim TI booked a U-Haul for 9am the day of move out. When I arrived there was no one on site to let the line up of people in until about 10 after. Then we were informed the U-Haul systems were down and they had to manually take down our credit card numbers and drivers ID to charge after the systems were up and running again. By the time we finally got the truck, it was 10 am, which is an hour after the scheduled time. On top of that, when I had initially booked the U-Haul, I also booked movers through the U-Haul website. Everything was confirmed over a month prior to my move out date. On the day of move out the movers never showed up. They were supposed to arrive on site at 10:00 a.m. to start moving. Instead, I had to call the movers only to be told by the administrator that the movers were not answering and were unresponsive, so I would have to find new movers. The reason why I got movers in the first place is because I had a surgery at the beginning of May and so knew I would need the help. The way this was handled was extremely unprofessional and left me with very little options on the day of move out. The movers in question were Northstar Pro movers.
