The location was under renovations so it was pretty disorganized and cluttered. They had a lot of vehicles available and the clerk I dealt with was helpful and knowledgeable.

The truck was dirty and the lock for the latch on the rear door was seized in road grime (inoperable) but those are just FYI, not complaints. Great experience. Matthew was helpful and thank you for filling out the paperwork (gas tank level and odometer reading) accurately. Smooth experience overall. Would recommend.

Shelly JUnfortunately the truck asigned to me had tires that were completely wore out / with no tread in the back which in this winter made it almost undrivable. The tires were low on air upon receipt and the attendant just apologize and told me to go a put air. It had no windshield fluid which I realized already while driving.
