How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck cabin hadn’t been cleaned what so ever. There was clearly a dog with the previous rental as there was dog hair all over the passenger side and nose smudge marks all over the passenger side window. There was also fast food containers in the drivers side door pockets and crumbs all over the drivers seat. Not great. Required a thorough cleaning before this 12+ hour trek.
Mario PI think the lady in the registration desk was awesome ,kind, sometimes there were people that didn't care about process and want everything fast. , she has patient and she help me on a stressful day, thank you.
