I did not see any improvements required, staff were professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They work quickly to look after the line of customers. I highly recommend this location
David MThe office was not open til 1 PM on Sunday as advertised. I got a call back saying to leave the truck and put the keys in the dropbox. I returned the truck a day early and got a call 2 days later from Aubrey asking why the truck had not been returned. Still better than Uhaul in general from my experience. This evaluation form makes me tell you whether the location was clean and inviting. I never got to see in the building but i've said yes just to send this review. Colin W.
Colin WGreat customer service, fast, friendly, easy to retrieve vehicle. The vehicle could have been better, pretty old, at least one brake rotor was decently warped. Luckily I didn't have any highway full speed stops to do while loaded up
Mitchell KMake the signage clearer. There was a door to a uhaul store that said open, but the doors were locked. Then there was a sign to call if you needed assistance. But then we decided to go into the door that was labeled as the entrance to Dennys and we found the lock boxes by accident
