Take care of your vehicles! I was given a truck with a check engine light and an empty tank, parked in a far back corner that was boxed in by other trucks. The Tow/Haul button was stuck which also messed with the fuel consumption. Not happy.

I only gave it an average because this is a new location and the entire parking lot needs to be paved as it's a big muddy mess, i'm sure this will be rectified soon
Bill MI was given an estimated billing for 4 hours, used the vehicle for for just 20 minutes and the bill was shot up!!!! Not happy with the service

Khurram RNot a great experience. Booked to pick up at 16th downtown Calgary. Was called and told to pick up at the north end of Calgary at 52nd st. Then arrived and told I had to go to a different location. This wasted well over an hour of my time and my gas.
