Rodny ACalled them to ask if I could upgrade to a 26ft instead of the 20ft, guy on the phone said yes, if I could come pick it up a day earlier he would give me the day free cause they needed space - come to drop it off and I’m charged for an extra day because they were expecting it a day prior
Nicolis SVery efficient and friendly staff. Online help is very good at resolving issues too. Mine had 3 blankets but I never use them. Numerous minor scrapes and dings so I took extra photos. Also hail damage on DC2381H One thing you guys should do is put a big a** sticker indicating odometer is in miles. Both trucks I rented had Arizona plates! Thank you. I'll be back!
Sharon Linitial dolly was beat up and had damage to the rim on one of the wheels, second dolly was in better shape but as soon as i drove onto the road both ramps dropped out of the carrier slots and started dragging on the roadway. I had to pull over and reinsert and secure the ramps. Not impressed with the difficulty in identifying the office located in a transport trailer with a little 4 x 6 inch U-Haul sticker as the only identifying marking and the rental units were parked all over the neighborhood on the street.
