For the second time renting a uhaul from this location I ordered a dolly, which the location did not have. They had no ability to check other locations for a dolly, and could help in no way. This was a major inconvenient, and disrupted an already busy day. We will not be returning
Sean DTruck had a really bad front end shaking at highway speed when loaded, check engine light was also on.
Allison CMy only comment is we were told to fill the gas up. It was at full when received. We drove a total of 6 kilometers and the gas cost $25.00 to top up, which does not seem accurate.
Talia BFriendly, efficient service. I rent a U-Haul truck 1-2 a year and always use this location. Thanks for the good equipment and service.
