Not a thing the whole experience was quick and easy. The touchless experience was a first for me and I very much liked it...! I was apprehensive to the whole touchless idea but even being a older customer I managed to reserve, pick up, and return the truck with ease. Thank you

Frank TPlease fix app. I inadvertently ordered 300 worth of moving supplies and had to return them.
DAMIEN CWhy do you provide a "Not Applicable" choice for the question "Were the personnel helpful?" at the drop off location if you're not going to let me choose "Not Applicable". If I didn't speak to anyone because I dropped off after hours, the question is not applicable.
