Considering I was having to deal with a crisis situation and moving things out of a room that had been flooded being able to rent. A U-Haul was very seamless! Everything went expectantly. It was something I could rely on, when other things were not reliable!
CATHERINE TCheck in and out was very easy and efficient. There was someone immediately that helped hook up the trailer and give pertinent information and was very friendly. The trailer worked great and made the move very easy.

PHILIP SWhen I made the reservation online, I was instructed the download and use the mobile app to check out the truck. However, when I arrived at the pickup location, the mobile app did not work, after repeatedly trying to reload the prior screen and try again I called support number listed on the app. The customer service rep on the phone was unable to resolve the issue and I had to locate a real person to get the vehicle.
