Customer service was sub standard and immediately started out with "you're early and we don't usually service people before 9am". It's just a poor experience instead of "we'll be right with you" etc.

Staff was super nice & professional! The truck was great. We emptied my storage unit and were able to empty it in the home garage and return the truck easily.
