I reserved a truck online for 24/7 pickup at the Dunnville Ontario Canada location. When I got there and tried to check in with the mobile app, I got the message that I would have to wait 2 hours until the store opened. I called the hotline and was told that the truck that I ordered a month earlier was not there for me. The operator offered to connect me to the scheduler to try and find a truck at a different location. The problem is, she connected me to a scheduler in Florida. The Florida scheduler was able to connect me to a scheduler in Ontario. This scheduler was great and found me a truck 10 km away in Canfield Ontario at Tewsley Auto Parts. The guys in there were great and helped me to get a truck and get on my way. I'm happy that I got a vehicle but very unhappy that I had to waste an hour because my booked vehicle was not where it was supposed to be. And I cannot understand why the Dunnville location did not open until 10:00 am everyday. They should be open at normal business hours on a weekday, 8:00 or 9:00 am.

The cellular reception is very poor which made checking in via the mobile app a very long process. It took almost half an hour.
CASEYLEWIS A.the manager was very helpful but trying to communicate to hamilton office was unavailable to check on our payment situation we trust it t o work out the original office in st. catharines were horrible when we went in to check on our order. they were rude and we were alarmed when told we might not even get a truck we did have to drive a half hour on highway to pick up truck we were not informed when booking of all this we had movers only for certain days because they took time off work and were told the truck might be a few days late. we only had that day to move
Ron H.I never received a message with the lock box code or where it was located. I had to call. I then had extreme difficulty unlocking the lock. It was said they were aware of how difficult they are to unlock. I think a new method is needed.
